A simple cost effective solution for those seeking the benefits and rumble of a True Dual Exhaust. The Fullsac conversion replaces the factory Y pipe with two high quality 16 gage Jet Coated parts. The mandrel bent J pipe directs 100% of the rear cylinders exhaust and heat to the left muffler. Our straight pipe finished the job on the right side. Rider and passenger comfort is greatly improved on hot days. Installation takes less than 2 hours. Factory heat shields are reused. Works with stock or any OEM replacement muffler. Remapping is not required. However, when combined with other performance parts, dyno tuning will give the best overall performance.

The new DX Pipe is the latest exhaust technology in the ongoing research at Fullsac Performance. The new DX collector creates equal flow to the left side muffler with the new full round crossover. The 1.75 mandrel bent crossover replaces Harley’s restrictive smashed pipe improving both performance and sound quality. The DX Pipe is a direct replacement for the stock header. 1500 degree ceramic coating. Uses all factory heat shields. Looks completely stock when installed. Comes with both 12 and 18mm 02 ports and includes one set of 18mm 02 plugs.

Fullsac muffler sleeves and techmat blankets are highly recommended when installing our CVO Power cores. Dyno testing has shown a loss in TQ when internal muffler volume is reduced. The Perf Sleeves hold the Techmat blankets to the outer wall. This creates the needed air gap between the inner core and the outer wall in the muffler. A dyno proven combination that produces great sound quality and performance.

Every degree and a half of throttle; every 256 RPM, there is a fueling point that is automatically adjusted. That means more control and a smoother running engine. With the built in barometric sensor you never have to think about ambient air changes. WideBand O2 sensors constantly read the Air Fuel Ratio and give live, real time feedback to the ECM. That means, no “accepting” the changes made to the map, once you key off the changes are written. The ThunderMax ECM is fully adjustable with ThunderMax tuning software or can be used just by loading a basemap. The choice is yours.
