Made from 304 Stainless Steel, our long primary tubes offer performance gains the competition simply can’t compete with. A true merged collector and full round crossover deliver a beautiful balanced exhaust note. Something you will never achieve with a stock smashed crossover. Equipped with both 12 and 18 mm o2 ports ensuring compatibility with both narrow and wide band o2 sensors. Accepts factory heat shields perfectly for a clean OEM look. One set of 18 mm o2 plugs included.

A simple, cost-effective solution for those seeking the benefits and rumble of a True Dual Exhaust. The Fullsac conversion replaces the factory Y pipe with two high-quality 16-gauge Jet Coated parts. The mandrel-bent J pipe directs 100% of the rear cylinder’s exhaust and heat to the left muffler. Our straight pipe finished the job on the right side. Rider and passenger comfort is greatly improved on hot days. Installation takes less than 2 hours. Factory heat shields are reused. Works with stock or any OEM replacement muffler. Remapping is not required. However, when combined with other performance parts, dyno tuning will give the best overall performance. Available in black or polished silver.

Fullsac muffler sleeves and techmat blankets are highly recommended when installing our CVO Power cores. Dyno testing has shown a loss in TQ when internal muffler volume is reduced. The Perf Sleeves hold the Techmat blankets to the outer wall. This creates the needed air gap between the inner core and the outer wall in the muffler. A dyno proven combination that produces great sound quality and performance.
