The new DX Pipe is the latest exhaust technology in the ongoing research at Fullsac Performance. The new DX collector creates equal flow to the left side muffler with the new full round crossover. The 1.75 mandrel bent crossover replaces Harley’s restrictive smashed pipe improving both performance and sound quality. The DX Pipe is a direct replacement for the stock header. 1500 degree ceramic coating. Uses all factory heat shields. Looks completely stock when installed. Comes with both 12 and 18mm o2 ports and includes one set of 18mm o2 plugs.

Our exclusive full length spiral louvered baffles provide unmatched sound quality and performance. Available in three sizes. 2.0” for moderate rumble. 2.25 for mid range rumble, 2.5″ is the biggest and baddest, for those seeking an aggressive sound. Fullsac muffler sleeves and techmat blankets are highly recommended when installing our CVO Power cores. Dyno testing has shown a loss in TQ when internal muffler volume is reduced. The Perf Sleeves hold the Techmat blankets to the outer wall. This creates the needed air gap between the inner core and the outer wall in the muffler. A dyno proven combination that produces great sound quality and performance.
