Fullsac muffler sleeves and techmat blankets are highly recommended when installing our CVO Power cores. Dyno testing has shown a loss in TQ when internal muffler volume is reduced. The Perf Sleeves hold the Techmat blankets to the outer wall. This creates the needed air gap between the inner core and the outer wall in the muffler. A dyno proven combination that produces great sound quality and performance.

Each kit comes with beautiful slash cut, rolled edge end caps. Available in Black. Removable high flow spiral louvered cores greatly reduce back pressure while giving a smooth civilized rumble. Available in our 2.0 or 2.25 core. Installation requires cutting and drilling of your stock muffler bodies and should be an easy job for the home builder. Detailed instructions are included.

The new DX Pipe is the latest exhaust technology in the ongoing research at Fullsac Performance. The new DX collector creates equal flow to the left side muffler with the new full round crossover. The 1.75 mandrel bent crossover replaces Harley’s restrictive smashed pipe improving both performance and sound quality. The DX Pipe is a direct replacement for the stock header. 1500 degree ceramic coating. Uses all factory heat shields. Looks completely stock when installed. Comes with both 12 and 18mm 02 ports and includes one set of 18mm 02 plugs.
